The report will be available on the North Wales Safeguarding Board website https://www.northwalessafeguardingboard.wales/gwynedd-child-practice-review/ from 3pm on that date.
We would like to apologise again for having to delay the publication of the report and the impact this had on victims and families.
If you know a child who is at risk of abuse or is being abused, it’s very important that you let the council or the police know.
If the individual is in direct danger, call the Police immediately on 999. If not, telephone Social Services as soon as possible to share your concerns.
