A Concise Child Practice Review was commissioned by the North Wales Safeguarding Children’s Board on 20th May 2018 on the recommendation of the Child Practice Review Sub-Group in accordance with statutory legislation set out in section 139 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 and accompanying guidance Working Together to Safeguard People – Volume 2 – Child Practice Reviews (Welsh Government, 2016) and is available to access via the documents library.
