The North Wales Safeguarding Board have formally approved this Multi-Agency Guidance document. This multi-agency guidance represents a commitment to the provision of multi- agency Critical Incident Stress Management in North Wales. It specifically addresses the provision of Critical Incident Debriefing for personnel working across services to support children and adults at risk in the North Wales Region.
This guidance document does not replace any individual agencies own internal process but is to support agencies to ensure that across North Wales we have clear commitment to support staff
