Don’t miss out! Take part in Safeguarding Week.

North Wales Safeguarding Board is once again participating in an All Wales wide Safeguarding Week 13th- 17th November and we would like all our partners to get involved.

This joint initiative, which includes the North Wales Safeguarding Children Board, North Wales Safeguarding Adults Board and is used to promote safeguarding activities across the region.

We are inviting organisations to take part by hosting an activity. Activities can be anything from a safeguarding training event, coffee morning with parents or open day for your organisation, to something even bigger. It’s entirely up to you.

This is a fantastic opportunity for organisations to showcase the work that they do to protect and safeguard children, young people, adults and families/ carers across North Wales, as well as raise their profile.

You may have an activity already planned during that week, if so then we would love to hear about it so we can promote it as part of Safeguarding Week.

All organisations that take part will be sent Safeguarding Week promotional materials, to use on their website or printed materials, and your activity will be included in our promotional activity.

If you would like to take part, please email Regionalsafeguarding@denbighshire.gov.uk  your event/activity details to be included in the Safeguarding Week timetable. Help us to make Safeguarding Week even bigger than last year!
