The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse has published fifty accounts of child sexual abuse and institutional failure. The experiences were shared with the Inquiry’s Truth Project and illustrate a catalogue of failures from organisations including sports clubs, boarding schools, GP surgeries and the World War Two evacuation scheme.
The Analysis of Outcomes for children and young people 4 to 5 years after a final Care Order carried out by the Institute of Public Care was launched on 15 May.

National CSE Awareness Day 2018
On the 18th March 2018 NWG Network call for all to unite against Child Sexual Exploitation.
Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) is a form of sexual abuse that involves the manipulation and/or coercion of young people under the age of 18 into sexual activity.
FACT: Everyone has a role to play in raising awareness of Child Sexual Exploitation.
FACT: Safeguarding children is everybody’s business.
FACT: Any child can be sexually exploited no matter what culture, ethnicity, religion, whether a boy or a girl from any background.
